I often talk about the significance of affirmation through shared experiences. Individually and collectively, we benefit from a sense of community borne of mutual understanding and acceptance.

Your presence in my life is a gift. Every day I am blessed with connection to clients, colleagues, family, and friends who encourage and support me. I am intentional to be the same source of light and energy for you.

2025 marks the fifth year of Karen Faith, LLC. When I opened my practice, in June of 2020, it consisted of me, my phone, and my car. Fast forward to today: housed in our own brick and mortar building since 2022, with an ever-growing caseload and groups increasing with steady momentum, we are poised to be at the forefront of the conversation around aging.

The joys, the challenges, the hardships, and the celebrations. All of it.

I maintain the belief that possibilities exist in limitless form when we are open to them. A conversation can change everything. Showing up with authenticity allows others to do the same.
