Gather In Community
Good morning to a delightful December ~
Arriving at the final month of 2024 feels both expected and surreal at the same time. Expected because, well, the passage of time happens on its own. Surreal because of both the rapid pace by which time flies as well as the events forming history in the present moment we’re experiencing.
Time keeps going, regardless of how we use it. What matters is how we make it meaningful. For me, meaning comes through connection: how can I work collaboratively with others who are committed to well being in meaningful ways? I frequently reference the power of affirmation, and that sharing our experiences with others provides an invaluable reminder that we are not alone ~ even in moments that feel despairingly lonely.
As an extension of the one-on-one work I do with clients, I am expanding the opportunities for us to gather in community. Whether it’s for mutual support as agers, caregivers, grievers, or all of the above, my intention is for these offerings to create space for learning, growth, and connection with peers.
