At some point in our lives, most of us have been part of a team. Whether the ‘team’ is family, work, community, sports, or shared hobbies, what feels better than feeling you are a part of something? Mutually lifting each other up and holding each other high.

I am blessed with just such a team here at Karen Faith, LLC. Anyone who calls the office is greeted by Jessica Strichartz, our Practice Manager extraordinaire. Jessica manages everything from phone calls to scheduling, responding to inquiries, handling all administrative tasks (which requires the patience of a saint when it comes to insurance), and so much more. I regularly hear from clients how much they enjoy their conversations with Jessica when they call the office.

Anyone who reads these notes, peruses our website, sees our presence on social media, or registers for a class has been able to do so because of the skill and dedication of our talented Marketing Manager, Jeremy Rosenberg. His efforts enable us to enjoy continued growth as we expand program offerings through our group space, Elements Every Day.

As someone who’s been a solopreneur for nearly five years, my gratitude for Jessica and Jeremy is limitless. Both embody the highest level of integrity, and their commitment is always noticed and appreciated. My ability to show up in excellence as a therapist and small business owner is inextricably linked to their support of my efforts.
